All staff were so friendly, polite and very helpful. They are absolutely lovely staff. Location is great, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and lots of shops around. Tube station is also near by.

Lovely location. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very tasty evening meal in the restaurant and very good breakfast. Good choice at the buffet, lovely fresh bowls of fruit. Wonderful omelettes prepared on request. Gluten free options available.
