Please note that swimming caps are mandatory when using the pool or Jacuzzi. Kindly take note of the following facility opening hours: Spa: Monday to Sunday: 07:00 - 20:00 hrs. Children's access to the swimming pool: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 - 11:00hrs and 15:00 - 17:00 hrs. The same card used for the booking must be presented at check-in and match the name of the guest together with a valid photo IDPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff were all wonderful as normal. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and the breakfasts are brilliant. We ate twice in the bar as well which is really relaxing.

Great breakfast/food and atmosphere in the atrium with a live pianist during our evening meal. Lovely building, big rooms and the spa was great as too were the staff

What’s not to like? You enter into a different world where you are cosseted and nothing is too much trouble. Really handy location right by Marylebone Station. Stunning interior and the atrium is spectacular. The staff are all delightful and the evening meal excellent value too. Can’t wait to return! A genuinely lovely experience.
