The room was bigger than any other at this price around the city. The bed was comfortable. There was microwave, so we could eat food at the room. The bathroom was clean and they changed the towels every day. There was cleaning every day. The Earls Court metro station and a couple of bus stops where pretty close. It was easy to go back to the hotel. The staff was kind they even offered us to leave our backpack there because of our late flight.

I went to The Jade with my mother as the location seemed perfect for the content day I needed for my photoshoot. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be returning! When we arrived, we were given a room more suitable for our needs, the staff were SUPER accommodating and even looked after my bags when I had to run out for different outfit changes! The room was a good size with gorgeous decor and the cute little kitchenette had a microwave, kettle and fridge. The facilities were fab with high levels of cleanliness and they even had air conditioning (you don't always get this in London!). VERY good value for money for what we needed. Thank you so much! ❤️

The location is great, close to Earl’s Court station or bus station. Also near to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The room is clean, bed is big enough for one person. It comes with kettle, coffee and tea and also some basic plates and cutleries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. He allowed me for early checked-in around 1pm and luggage storage after checked-out. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommended.

Location-Superb,very near to shops,Restaurants,near Kensington & Sloane Square,Knightsbridge etc. Good value for money. Concierge are helpful. & reliable. Will recommend definitely.
