Very good for this price hotel. You can get continental (cereal, jam, bread) or warm English breakfast. Personal is very nice, location is great-only 5 minutes from Paddington and 2 minutes from Bus station St.Mary Hospital. Bed was quite good, bathroom was really great for this price!

Spotlessly clean room and shower-room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Location convenient for Paddington railway station, Edgware Road, and St Mary's Hospital Paddington.

Not far from Paddington station, lovely areas to walk around Paddington and Sussex Gardens. Room newly decorated. Would have liked fresh fruit for breakfast but receptionist told us they are adding more things to breakfast and fresh fruit will be available. Breakfast was plentiful, cereal, toast.eggs, yoghurts and cooked breakfast.

Staff was very nice and the room was very nice as well. Location was great to walk to a few sights if your willing. Close to Hyde Park.

Plenty of breakfast , slightly limited in choice but good food . Breakfast room always packed with people . The ladies serving breakfast work very hard !

The hotel was clean but a little tired in places, breakfast was ok.... Would I stay again probably not there's much better in the area in this price range.
