The location is excellent, super convenient for Tottenham Court Road. The pub itself is a very nice little pub - we didn't have time to stay there for a drink which is a shame. A team member welcomed us, and once checked in, walked us up to our room. He then told us about the complimentary items in the room, showed us how the keycard access worked, and asked if we had any questions. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and had coffee pods rather than instant.

Great location near tube station but relatively quiet. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Spacious room. Good reception staff. Plenty of amenities, tea & biscuits, etc. No single-use plastics.

Our room and all the facilities at the Arms was great! We could request fresh milk for our tea & coffee, they even had the machine to help us have frothed milk for our coffee. Couldn't make the machine work and so staff helped, no questions asked. Wonderful stay, thank you!
