We stayed in April 2025. It was self check in so didn’t see any staff, clear & easy instructions on how to access the hotel. Excellent location near the tube. Room a good size & was near many shops & restaurants. We had a lovely stay & enjoyed our visit to London seeing all the sights. Would definitely stay here again if visiting London.

The location was great, Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.The bus service was regular and the London underground train station was a short walk from the hotel and Clapham common was only 5mins up the road.The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff friendly

Great area, close to trains, helpful staff. Easy to check in, left luggage as it was too early to check in and it was in our room when we did finally check in.

I didn’t have shampoo and conditioner so I couldn’t wash my hair. Also it was a little noisy with the trains. But I thank you for the earplugs. I slept well. Bed was comfy and room was very clean.

Hotel was well placed for our work However road noise was a slight issue, but the hotel provided ear plugs but it wasn’t that bad. Faultless check in without reception. Parking a slight issue.
