Each Superior Double Room offers views of Knightsbridge. Most rooms have king-size beds and all rooms feature Samsung flat-screen TVs with bluetooth technology, Jenson phones and Frette linen. Bathrooms contain either separate walk-in showers or bathtubs and feature Penhaligon amenities. Upon arrival, the card holder is required to present the same credit card used to make the reservation.

Each Deluxe Room offers additional living space and views over Egerton Gardens or Knightsbridge. The Junior Suites offer views of Egerton Gardens or Knightsbridge, which can be enjoyed from the room's sitting area. Hotel was extremely good and front staff are amazing. Location was exceptional and I love the boutique style of the hotel. I stayed in the room with a balcony and it was super nice to back onto gardens, really lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic quiet location despite being right near Cromwell Road. The beds were very comfortable! Great to be given water in our room. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Room 407 was very quiet at the end of a corridor. It had the most amazing double walk in shower.

Flawless service, exquisite design, and attention to every detail created an atmosphere of true luxury and comfort. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel fine dining Italian restaurant. The quality of food was delicious. A particular mention to the attentive and very welcoming staff!

The location is absolutely amazing, very central and Harrods is 5 minutes away. I have enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful hotel, the staff are very polite and genuine. I would like to thank Veruska, Ryan and Andrei for their support and effort to organise my wife’s birthday. I will definitely return to The Franklin and recommend it to all my family
