The Cumberland is a great option if you're a music fan and want something close to the West End. Vast extensive breakfast and very comfy beds.

I arrived with crutches and they immediately moved me to a separate check in where I could sit down. They also upgraded my room - I got a beautiful and immaculate corner room. Room service started off as a disaster when it seems my order never got through. I went to the restaurant, where they picked up the issue immediately and got my order through in 10 minutes so I could take it back to the room. Icing on the cake was that they didn't charge me and were completely charming and helpful
