“Excellent short stay will go again”

Very convenient for Paddington the Cleveland was true to its pictures. Very clean room with kitchenette .standard double bed with en-suite shower room. Spotless .Also good to mention would be the blackout curtains and the secondary glazing worked a treat,both silent and dark. Great for sleep after a long day travelling

This was an amazing find in Paddington. It was walking distance to the underground, Hyde Park and many restaurants. The room was spacious, had a queen sized bed and a great kitchenette. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very central, we have the Paddington and Bayswater line very close. The place around is incredible and if you like to walk you get to all the tourist places, with a little enthusiasm. It has a kitchen, refrigerator and actually everything. The only thing it doesn't have is cooking pans, but it has a grill, in our case it wasn't necessary but I imagine you ask for them at reception

excellent location near to Hyde park and tube and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen which is really handy. Not many triple rooms available in hotels so this suited us.

The location is very good. A few minutes walk to Queensway underground station or Hyde Park. For the price it was very good value.

Great location but set back from passing traffic so relatively quiet - excellent for a good nights sleep! The facilities and cleanliness of the room were excellent, would put some more expensive hotels to shame, would have no hesitation in revisiting. Excellent value for money - I stay over in London quite often and this has been one of the best!

Staff very welcoming. Arrived a little early and was prepared to wait, but our room was ready. So checked in early, dropped off luggage and ventured back out. Lovely large spacious room. Mini kitchen an added bonus. Short 8 min walk to Bayswater or Paddington underground.

The staff was really helpful and nice, the room has a kitchen which is quite nice if your staying for a few days. Room service, kettle, multiple outlets, door and windows with a lock and a judas hole, nice bathroom, nice towels, its clean and 10mn away from the underground, a bus stop and paddington station. Super great for the price also and we took the room last minute because of a really scary situation in our previous hotel.

Wonderful welcome from the staff. Lovely peaceful location but also very convenient, being a short walk away from Paddington Station. Room for 4 people was fantastic. Clean, spacious, comfortable and great facilities. Our second stay here. The staff are so lovely and helpful… especially ‘Martin’ and the amazing and kind ‘Indre’. Thank you so much yet again.
