Spot on from start to finish. Great location (5 mins to Bayswater, 10mins to Paddington). Warm and accomodating welcome from staff and a very comfortable room.

Location was fairly close (across Hyde Park) to the Royal Albert Hall that I was visiting for a concert. The room was more spacious and better equiped than I expected. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet so I slept well. Shower was also good.

Being able to self cater for breakfast Very good hot shower Plenty of light for reading Really friendly helpful and patient staff My flight arrived early on a freezing London morning. It was way too early to check into my room but there was no problem with me sitting in the office on the sofa to warm up and charge my phone. I was able to check into my room early. So nice after more than 24 hours of travel.

Room was absolutely huge by London standards! Full kitchen of amenities available which we didn't use but would recommend to anyone that might need self catering options if in town for a few days. Decor was a bit old in the room but the bathroom seemed newly renovated with a lovely hot shower and the entire place with spotless. Approx. 8 min walk from Paddington and 5 min walk to Kensington gardens

Location suits our needs: 1)Walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway tube station. 2}Good coffee shops, Chinese Restaurant and English pub nearby. 3)Good security and feel safe both day & night time. 4) Prices are less expensive compared to the other(equivalent quality) service apartments in London.
