Beautiful display of flowers in the reception. Comfortable room with added extras like sparkling water in the fridge which I wasn’t expecting. The bathroom even had a bath which is very unusual nowadays. Our dinner was delicious and a bit different with a great variety of food at breakfast. What made our visit even more special was the staff. They were exceptional and couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the reception staff and Mani our waiter in the Soak.

Great location, nice characterful Victorian building with original features but also modernised with contemporary comforts. Hotel smells nice and clean. Great Bar/ Restaurant (The Soak) serving lovely well made cocktails and food.

great location, decent room, flgood breakfast elevator not working for the last floor, so we had to walk 1 floor every time- ask to at least bring luggage which they did

The most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The gorgeous flowers stretched all over the hotel, meeting the beautiful aroma that wafted around the lobby and down every corridor. The staff were kind and super helpful and made us feel very special. Our room was huge with an incredible view. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. Personal touches made our stay ever more special.
