The hotel was excellent. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable, we had everything that we needed. The staff were attentive, courteous and helpful. The hotel being in the centre of London was wonderful within walking distance of most sites of interest and the shops. We would recommend and stay in the future.

Stayed with friends for a shopping trip to London. Couldn’t have been a better location. Hotel was beyond expectations - rooms very comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will def stay here again!

Great hotel, although feels a tiny bit dated. Lovely staff. Fantastic location. Just very noisy outside but not sure what can be done apart from sound proofing windows.
