Had problems getting my booking finalised, 2 cards not being accepted to con firm booking but sorted in the end by very patient staff. Very stylish hotel, tasteful decor and comfy though rather small double room Breakfast first class - beautifully cooked, high quality cold buffet and lovely waiting staff

Loved the lighting in the room, me and my girlfriend thought it was really cosy and warm. The blackout blinds were brilliant as well. Plus all the little gadgets in the room, and just how clean and organised it was.

Checkin perfect. Location superb. Room very spacious and breakfast has been wonderful. We appreciated the quieteness of the neighborhood and the proximity to the main station, underground and hyde Park.

The hotel is really beautiful and clean. The staff were brilliant and helped me a lot. The location is perfect within a 10 minute walk to three different tube stations including Paddington. I did not have breakfast or dinner there but the restaurant looked really lovely.

This is a fantastic hotel!! The staff is lovely. It is well appointed, very comfortable and I loved being close to Paddington station, Queensway and Bayswater stations. Plus there are a number of good restaurants close by. It was so convenient.

Superb room, an unexpected upgrade, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Located within 10 mins of 3 underground stations and easy walk to anywhere

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. We stayed in an executive suite which was perfect. Very modern room and facilities. The shower was powerful and spacious. Large bed and comfortable pillows. Nice complimentary tea and coffee. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help answer our questions.
