As soon as I stepped in to the hotel, there was a feeling of friendliness and positivity. It had "good vibes", for want of a better expression. I liked the quirky mixture of vintage furniture and the eclectic gallery walls. My double room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the service at the bar both efficient and cheerful. Plus it was only a short walk from the museums. I will be back.

The breakfast was good but very few healthy options , all the puff pastry not my favourite. I would have wanted more cooked food and more options of cooked food , more vegetables , less oily , beans but not in tomatoes sauce , felt very sweet from all the canned sugars. It was a variety indeed but eating the same things x5 days in a raw with limited choices is not my ideal breakfast . I am being honest and hopefully my feedback will be regarded constructively as this is how it’s meant to be.

we had to queue for about 20 minutes for breakfast on the first day and on the second we were given a table which was far too small for breakfast purposes.

I had a great night's stay in the Bailey's Hotel. It was beautifully lit up when I arrived early evening and the reception staff where very helpful with my case and location to park. The hotel looks exactly as the pictures and is well situated to take the tube from Gloucester Road or vist the National History Museum. It was a cold January day and I was so pleased that my room was very warm throughout my stay and the hot water from the shower was spot on. The Christian Lacroix shower gel smelt divine. There was no noise disturbance and I had a comfortable night's sleep after my evening event. Would highly recommend.

The location was excellent being right beside the Gloucester Road Tube Station. The rooms were very comfortable although we chose a Deluxe Room. The standard room is very small and I would not think suitable for a couple. The hotel itself really is nice and we would have no hesitation in booking it again.

Beautiful Hotel, gorgeous decor and the foyer is amazing. Great location, to explore in any direction. Nice helpful staff. we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is located excellently, just a few steps from Gloucester Road station. This was the main reason we decided to stay at this hotel. We stayed in the deluxe double room, which was nice and spacious however the room as a whole did not receive much daylight. The bathroom was recently refurnished and very clean. Sadly, due to a bit of confusion, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel however they still took 50 GBP from our credit card. This left a bad taste in my honest opinion. Generally, the hotel is very nice and the staff are very polite however the extra charge after us leaving and constant advertising for room upgrades, late check-out fees, etc is quite off-putting.
