Hotel Overview

Boasting sumptuously decorated rooms, butler service, and gourmet cuisine across 5 stylish lounges, this boutique Victorian townhouse nestles in elegant Kensington. Just 10 minutes’ walk from the famous museums of Exhibition Road, Adria is only 15 minutes on foot from Hyde Park.
Stunning, opulent design and sleek, marble bathrooms with underfloor heating and walk-in waterfall showers feature in each luxury room at Adria. You can relax amongst elegant furnishings with your own espresso machine, an iPod dock, and a HD iMedia hub.
Breakfasts are served amidst a relaxed atmosphere in the morning room, including a selection of pastries, eggs cooked to order, yoghurts and fresh fruit. If your favourite dish is not on the menu, the chefs can make it for you. With a retractable roof, the open-air Garden room can be used for afternoon tea or coffee after dinner.
Healthy juices are served at Adria, along with classic teas and coffees, and non-alcoholic cocktails.
South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations are located just 5 minutes’ walk from the townhouse, and Harrods is less than 20 minutes away on foot. The Natural History Museum is a 10-minute walk away, and Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive.

It was a great pleasure to stay here : our deepest thanks for your perfect individualized care during our (too short) stay this Christmas. Your chef is a gem and your staff (especially Mariana) is lovely. Everything was truly amazing! It was everything we thought it would be and more.

Our stay at The Adria on New Year's Eve was truly enjoyable. After a night out, we returned just past midnight to a warm welcome from the staff, who greeted us with complimentary champagne—a wonderful touch! Our bright and spacious room overlooked the street in South Kensington, and drinking water was supplied in abundance throughout the hotel. The common areas felt like cosy living rooms. The staff were exceptional, making us feel right at home from the outset. We were ideally situated, just a short stroll from our favourite V&A Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and delightful cafes and restaurants. While we didn’t indulge in breakfast during our stay, the overall experience was delightful, especially the welcoming atmosphere. It was a charming setting for a memorable evening.

I liked EVERYTHING! Upon arrival I was greeted by Catherine who within the space of 30 seconds had me feeling like I was in the right place. Words won't do this establishment any justice and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The Adria will be my first choice for any future trips to London. I can say without any doubt that this hotel is contender for the best that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. As warmly as I was greeted by Catherine I was equally met with a smile and service second to none by Salma who was an absolute joy to deal with, again she is a credit to the Hotel. Thank you Catherine, James and Salma for for making my stay at The Adria a joy!

Lovely peaceful atmosphere,a calm welcoming and stylish haven in the bustle of the city. Easy walking distance to Albert Hall, museums, park and Harrods. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious Second visit here. Hope to stay again .

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy and elegant hotel! I stayed at the end of November, right around the holiday and Christmas season, and the atmosphere was so warm and festive. The hotel itself is incredibly cozy, extremely clean, and beautifully designed. A huge thank you to Alex for his outstanding hospitality and the warm welcome he gave to me. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

This hotel, it was a pleasure to stay, we truly enjoyed the beautiful interior design and the how quiet the hotel was . Bedrooms are high-end finish including luxury toiletries and complimentary fresh fruits . The food was excellent, breakfast took a bit longer than usual but it was served well with top ingredients. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, They are happy to help with anything. This hotel is a stunning luxury boutique hotel experience, highly recommend it!

Each member of staff that we encountered at The Adria was polite, helpful and attentive - I think probably the best we have encountered in a London hotel. We would come back to The Adria for the staff alone.
