A beautiful and immaculately clean hotel in the perfect location for getting about Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia and Soho. The staff were delightful and the service was excellent. The birthday balloons, wine, and wonderful note left in the room for my friend made us feel very looked after. Great breakfast.

This hotel is levels above the others in the area in the same price range - it is cosy, friendly, nicely decorated, with a garden, bar, library and sitting rooms, so if you were there for a while you wouldn't be limited to your room and can relax around the building. Also does a sophisticated breakfast; not just fry-up!

Could not fault this little gem of a place. Rooms lovely decorated, charming and very comfortable. Every person that worked there were friendly, welcoming and fantastic as nothing too much trouble. Breakfast selection really good. Will be returning again when I stay in London. Literally couple of minutes away from Goodge St Tube.

The hotel cins't bad or anything, staff is fairly friendy, and it is sort of charming since it stretches various oder houses. Breakfast is included and decent value for money by London standards

Staff were lovely; very welcoming, helpful and polite. I felt really looked after. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for my plans. Good continental breakfast was included too. Great local restaurants.
