The staff were each and every one, fantastic. They were warm, kind, supportive of any requests, and just lovely people. The only adjjustment i would suggest is getting a damp/mold issue fixed in the rooms.

Initially put in room at top of hotel, but was transferred to a lower level room by the very kind receptionist. Comfortable bed.

Excellent location near Notting Hill Tube station. Staff is good. Spacious room with antique charm. Well-equipped with amenities, including bathtub in bathroom.

I liked my stay at this hotel because it is very nice, well located with a subway station less than 5 minutes away and served by several lines. The room was as clean and spacious as the photos on the site showed, with an iron and hairdryer included. The bathroom was well lit, with everything I needed for my shower, such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, and skin cream. You could also request what you needed by using the small QR code, which includes dishes, snacks, hygiene products, or a universal adapter for your European chargers. The staff was very welcoming, attentive and I had no problems I recommend this hotel
