My room was very tiny, but for such price and location it didn’t matter so much! I had to change towel and also hair dryer was missing in the room - but when i asked reception for it, they changed me towels and gave hairdryer with no problem! Very helpful guys!

to be fair for that price in that area, I was happy with it. I found it clean, had my own bathroom, the staff was very friendly and even upgraded me to a double room and also asked me if they shall bring me to the room. Building and furniture looked all a bit old but bed was comfy for me and bathroom was fine and everything was clean.

The hotel location is terrific, near the tube and fancy area. 3 blocks away from the British Museum. The ground floor two-bed room is so big! The staff are all very friendly and professional. They solved my need and welcomed me. the lobby is next to it. 20 seconds walking distance.
