The moment we entered the hotel, we felt like royalty. The reception desk officer was beyond polite, we got upgraded into a beautiful suite, got served complementary house cocktail, and enjoyed the room so much we decided to stay and order room service. Everything from delicious food, service, room and breakfast was beyond our expectations.

The Staff was extremely helpful and polite and treated me amazingly well from the moment I arrived until I left. Breakfast was great and the room was amazing. Most likely the best hotel in London.

The hotel upgraded us to a higher level suite for my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond with prosecco, a cake strawberries covered in chocolate and balloons. They really made us feel really special, we will definitely return. Can't fault the hotel at all. We are so grateful thank you. Excellent breakfast offering too

Breakfast had a good variety, the hotel was lovely but if you go anywhere in London now becarful people robbing phones and bank cards left right and centre, personally I'm not going to London anymore we had our phone taken in a pub, khan's London what do you expect.
