Really lovely staff, very clean and comfy room. Small but perfect for what I needed it for, as a solo traveller going to a gig at Alexandra Palace. Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras.

Nice central location, clean warm room, towels changed every day, continental buffet breakfast for £7.90 which was a good start to the day.

I stayed here for one night before catching an early train. The location is excellent for the station - close enough to be convenient, far enough that you don't wake up with trains rattling the windows every half hour. In fact, for central London, it was very quiet. It's a budget hotel so the facilities were basic, but it was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was a good size for a single, the bed was comfy and the shower was warm with decent pressure. There was also basic tea/coffee making stuff, bottled water and some mini toiletries in the room, which was a nice touch. The real highlight of my stay was the staff, who were very kind. friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome, and the service was excellent.

The location was very helpful because it's near the King's Cross underground station, having my own bathroom and shower was very convenient, the bed was ok, and having a coffee maker helped also.
