The fine print
Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the lift to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the lift from then on.Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is cancelled in line with the cancellation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great little hotel in a perfect location for Paddington Station - just a few minutes walk. The staff were all really lovely and so helpfu. Breakfast was absolutely delicious in a beautiful little basement restaurant. Would definitely stay again

Cleanliness was very good, room size for 3 people, too small. Breakfast was very good. Staff were brilliant. If you needed anything, they were there even for information. They were 1st class. Central heating was great as it was freezing outside, room was toasty warm. Also always lots of hot water for showers.

The room was quite and clean. Staff exceeded my expectation for availability and the friendly approach. I also liked Tube station just around the corner. There are several restaurants walking distance.

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast room were very friendly and welcoming, the location is outstanding for Paddington, just 300m, and Lancaster Gate is less than a 10 mins walk. So central London is easily accessible in a short time. The breakfasts were lovely from cereal to fruit to full English to pastries. We were able to store our luggage after check out and had a complimentary drink each at the pub across the road. We were even able to print our boarding passes. Will return.

Fantastic location, really friendly staff, amazing breakfast! Room very clean, surprisingly quiet, felt very safe. Great value for money with nice little touches like free tea & coffee on ground floor.
