The fine print
Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodation and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.We welcome small dogs under 22kg for 36 GBP per pet per night. The hotel has specific rooms only for guide dogs, which are subject to availability. All guests must contact the hotel before booking accommodations to ensure these specific rooms are available. Pet Fee Per Pet Per Night: 36 GBPGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

My room was clean and the bed comfortable. I liked having access to laundry facilities. That was very important to me, as was the kitchen.

Amazing two day break in London, staying at Staybridge Suites. It was in a quiet enough area that sleep was undisturbed, but easy enough for transport to everywhere we needed to go. The staff were fabulous; they were always polite and friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and always on hand to help. The breakfast was good, with a fantastic choice of food, including gluten-free and dairy alternatives. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The shower was lovely!

Very nice and friendly staff. We were early and after only 5 minutes waiting we could check in to our room. The room is spacious and had a large bathroom and a good size kitchen. The bed was king size and the sheets have great quality and so does the mattress. Since being close to the railroad you ofcourse here some noises, but the windows are double (or triple) so it's not too annoying. The first day we had a weird smell in the room. Airco works fine and when not turned on the windows can open for some fresh air. Breakfast is super. The bread is so fresh, so are the fruits and yoghurts. If you can't find your favorite breakfast here, I don't know what you like. We loved it. Hotel is next to a small nice park and only a short walk to train and metro (Vauxhall). Easy to get to any place in London you like.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff, who made us feel really welcome. Excellent soundproofing, and super clean. Great location, only a short walk from Vauxhall Underground Station. The free drinks and nibbles during the Social Hour every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. It just so happened that our visit coincided with these three days! .

Truly fantastic! I arrived at 9am and they allocated me to my room at this time. Check in was much later in the day. The kitchen in the studio is great! Location is a few metres away from underground. Wifi was amazing! Everything was super clean! TV channels - there were lots to choose from. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Spacious, very quiet, lovely to have the kitchenette Comfortable big bed. Nice toiletries The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a really nice feel. We will stay again
