The fine print
A 24-hour front desk is not available. A surcharge of £29 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Car parking is available on the roads surrounding the Star Hotel. This is free between 18:00 and 09:00, and throughout the weekend. At all other times a permit is needed at an additional cost.Please note that if the cardholder will not be present, the property need an authorisation form filled in prior to arrival. Please contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.The card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival and payment of the balance is paid on arrival.

Star Hotel is just a little hotel with an amazing service and so friendly staff. So clean and welcoming. Not luxurious, but has what’s needed for a work trip Great value for money. Great neighbourhood with cafes and restaurants.

This Hotel was a great find, no bells and whistles as such but perfect for what we required. Quad room consisted of double bed and then in a second area 2 single beds. Room was warm enough with a radiator. Had tea and coffee facilities and a drinks fridge. Location was fab approximately 10 mins walk to Hammersmith Apollo, and Underground station and pubs and bars and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic Hotel has everything you'd want. Being located close to two train stations makes this an awesome location to explore London from. It's easy walking distance from the train station with luggage and there are lifts at the station. It's also on the train line to Heathrow but you might need to change trains depending on which Terminal you need. Portobello Road Markets and Shepherds Bush markets are only a few train stops away and it's only 20 mins or so into the centre of London. There are awesome pubs everywhere, our favourite was the William Morris. The hotel has lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, with a lovely ensuite, and a door to a small courtyard we could open to let fresh air in. We had tea/coffee in the room, a fan, hair dryer, toiletries and a vending machine in the lobby. There's a laundrette across the road as well as a general store/post office with ATM and several other useful shops nearby including Tesco and takeaways. A few minutes walk takes you to the main shopping area of Hammersmith with shops like TK Maxx, a large mall and dozens of shops and restaurants. The price for our stay was affordable and very good value. We highly recommend this hotel.
