The location is perfect. Close to underground and coach stations. The room and bathroom are big enough in comparisom to what you usually get in similar accommodations. What is more, the bathroom is quite renovated and has good water drainage.

The room was small but everything you needed and en suite shower. There was no breakfast but near to coffee shops. The location was near to Victoria bus and train stations so great for getting around.

Like everyone says the location is great - a short walk from Victoria coach station and very good bus and underground services on the doorstep. Shops and restaurants nearby (no food served in the hotel though there was a kettle and some tea / coffee making things) I don't get why the reviews on here are frequently quite negative. For a hotel in London this was excellent value for money. Comfy, clean room and shower. Everything worked. The staff moved us from the 4th to the 2nd floor without any request - there are no lifts, so that was appreciated as it did make it easier with bags. Good wifi connection - password in the hall on the way in. There was a balcony ,which was useful as it was possible to put milk etc outside to keep it cool overnight. I'd definitely use this place again.

15 minute walk from Victoria Station, safe area and good base for exploring London. Low room rates but you get what you pay for.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The beautiful decor, spacious and spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast made for a perfect experience. The location is ideal—close to main attractions yet peaceful. The hosts were outstanding! Their kindness, attentiveness, and local insights made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation!

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from pimlico tube station, 15 minutes from the theatre. Smiley polite staff. Brilliant cafe on the corner called Freda's, good coffee, mellow vibes.
