Good location I like that area but all properties seem a bit in need of redecoration this one included but it was clean and ok for a night

The man on the front desk was very friendly, decent bloke and upgraded the room for us without us knowing to a bigger room. Also the price and location was brilliant

All aspects wonderful. great location. near to buses and Paddington railway station. Warm welcome and person very helpful. Comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast box was excellent. I will certainly stay there again

Fine accommodation in Westminster close to Tube stations and facilities. Comfortable beds in an ample room. Nice toiletries . A frigo - always good! Excellent hospitality.

Located close to Paddington station, this hotel, as most other hotels in this area, is actually an old Victorian style house with tiny rooms, each including most facilities a visitor might need (tv, wifi, shower, good bed, etc.). Friendly staff, who despite the limitations of this hotel, do try to accommodate their guests as much as possible.

The receptionist very friendly and humorous yet professional and the cleaning lady also friendly. The location very very good at least to me because of the norfolk square that is a small park and most especially because Hyde park is really close by foot overall I'm visiting again

The man on the reception was a lovely gentleman/ and he had sweets and lollipops everywhere which is always a good move :) He was kind to my partner and I and I liked the whole set up. Even his packed breakfast box was cute. If you like to use accommodation to have a little character and not just sterile ‘Travelodge’ style then this is a cute house and a great area.
