On my first night, the guy above my bed took a piss all over the floor in the room [It was not their fault]; I called the staff, and they immediately shifted me to an even better room. The location is excellent for tourists. The staff are charming and friendly, and I am staying there next time.

I’ve stayed here somewhere between 10-15 times now, and I think this time was my favourite time yet! Comfy bed, interesting roommates, handy en-suite bathroom, with a good shower and the staff and Belushi’s bar was great as usual.

Location is great. I loved to eat in roof terrace. Option to make tea and warm food in microwave was helpfull. I did like the choise of many different bathrooms. Size of looker was appropriate. Breakfast place was romantic and food tasty.

The beds were spacious and comfortable with the wee curtains for privacy it was very easy to fall asleep. decent, clean bathrooms as well.

Nice and close to London Bridge Station and to the city centre, Staff were lovely and helped us check in and find our room easily. Triple Bunk was good with the curtains giving good privacy; showers were small, but nice hot water made us feel refreshed.
