Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no air conditioning. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

no air condition .had an abnormally hot week . and windos were cabled shut so u couldnt open . that and checkin process didnt go smooth . your voice help line told me the same as computer on line . it was no help of any value . my 8 minute checkin was an hour ...hunting inter net to figure out what was wrong withb my phone that blocked me finishing last steps. if I had been able to cancel i would have not taken condo . I met a rep on site that was very pleasant and wish i had a live person to great and show me to sppartment .

Location was the best thing about Sonder The Bard. It was great, walking distance to the main attractions and parks. Underground station (Goodge Street, Northern line) was 1 min walking. A lot of very nice restaurants in the area. To my surprise, the area was quite silent during the night (we stayed on the 6th floor). Self check-in was also appreciated, as well as the supply cabinet for what we needed (additional coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc), free of charge. Beds were comfortable, bed linen and towels of good quality. Wi-Fi is very good.
