The property will send you an email with check-in information, access codes and emergency contact details, once payment has been made. If you have any questions after reading this email, please contact the property. Please be advised this property operates a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. Whilst we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line.We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment.This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment location is 10/10. We are a family of 5 and it fit us quiet fine if you are ok squeezing together. Everything was very easy and super friendly from check in to check out. The team was very fast to reply to any inquiry we had and solved the issue we had.

Central London apartment close to attractions and restaurants. Two bedrooms were nice with a good sized kitchen. Checkin was communicated well and was easy. There was a door from the lounge/kitchen area to block the street noise. Great place for families to base for a London adventure.

Apartment was fantastic, had everything needed. And the location is phenomenal. Right around the corner from Tottenham Court Road tube station. And only a minute walk from Oxford Street and Regent Street. And soho is alive with places to eat and has a great vibe.

Soho Chambers by Indigo Flats is perfect for our family of 5 and it was just so comfortable in the heart of Soho. The accommodation is a few minutes walk to Chinatown and most of the theatres. Two tube stations (Tottenham Square and Piccadilly Circus) are also within walking distances which made getting around convenient.

Perfect location in Soho, very near to Tottenham Court Road tube, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Also, the most famous landmarks and shops of London were in a few minutes walk distance. Perfect for 3 people staying.
