The fine print
Guests are allocated a bed upon check-in (the hostel is unable to hold specific beds in advance). Guests arriving early to check-in may store their luggage for free. There is a left luggage service upon check-out (there is a small fee for this service) . Guests between 16 and 45 years of age are free to place bookings in our shared dormitories. Guests aged 15 or younger and above 45 years of age are unable to use the shared dorms and must book in a private dorm or room. Guests are liable for cost for any damages incurred during their stay.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

the staff was really helpful, great localization, bus stop in the corner, it was cold in the room but the staff gave us the heater. the bed is really comfy and the room is clean. breakfast was nice:)

I’ve stayed at the Smart chain before so I knew what t to expect. It’s good value for money, dorm beds with privacy curtains and a power outlet, reading light and large locker. Was nice to have an en-suite bathroom. This location is just a tad nicer than their Hyde Park Inn location, but that one is considerably closer to the tube stations. Room was quiet and window opened to let fresh air in.

They let me check in early and I appreciated lots of things about the room: the clean towels, the view from my window, the coffee and kettle, and the large TV with many channels. The area is very nice too with lots of shops.

Friendly staff, really nice room! Felt very comfortable and safe as a female solo traveller. The room was clean, and I had a TV in the room which I wasn't expecting, so it was a nice extra

stayed 6 nights in this hostel as a solo female traveller and it was all good :) great location, the room and bed were comfortable enough, bathroom in the room was renovated. the kitchen staff was rude and unpleasant, which made me want to avoid the area most of the time. on the other hand, people at the reception were always nice. I would come here again
