Friendly staff, could keep luggage before checking in and after checking out. Location is perfect, not far from coach and train station. It was clean and very comfortable bed.

Not bad for a 2 star hotel, the toilet smelled a bit, also the room was kind of dirty, dust all around, yet the bed sheets were rather clean.

The location was fab, 10 mins walking from Victoria station, 20 mins from Westminster Abbey, area is fairly quiet and nicer than other places in London. The bed was fairly comfortable, clean floor and shower.
