Usually Shangri-La shard is my God too hotel .. when I'm in London it's the first hotel comes in my mind.. the view is unbelievably beautiful .. this is the first time I have tried ther brakefast and it's not bad at all ..

The views, the staff went above and beyond to help with any needs you may have. Valet parking was exceptional! Food was 20/10 incredible.

The experience was so special from the moment we arrived the level of service is exceptional The hotel starts at level 35 the views the decor the quality of food service is amazing the bedroom views are amazing I would definitely recommend

Incredible views and staff being a young couple of 17 and 18 the staff still treated us exceptionally well and made us feel very welcome exceptional staff extremely friendly and helpful incredible experience from start to finish for my 18th birthday definitely recommend for anyone will definitely stay again.

The views from the hotel are phenomenal! On the 43rd floor our room had views of the Thames, eye of London, st. Paul's Cathedral and much more! Location is excellent being right next to London Bridge metro and train station it's easy to get around London. The staff were also fantastic and always around to answer questions and help out when needed! It was also soo lovely to have a bathtub with such a fantastic view! It was hard to leave! Will certainly be returning!

Everything lovely. But very bad that tv are quite old and you can’t connect to the YouTube or Netflix.
