Very affordable for London, good location for travelling/exploring. Breakfast included was good - there was enough variety that I didn't feel a need to get the Full English upgrade, though I'm not one for sweet things for breakfast so it was a bit more limited for me. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was perfect for what I needed during my stay. So convenient to Paddington station, it made getting around London so easy. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The team serving breakfast were amazing, with more food than you could possibly eat available. If you struggle with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room, but I liked the exercise.

Beautiful historic property… a lift would be great but I understand with heritage laws it can’t be done . I highly recommend.

The lovely man at reception was soooo nice. He couldn't do enough for us. Older gentleman with grey longish hair. Unfortunately didn't get his name. He was the stand out member of staff and so many could learn from him. The location was perfect. The room was fine and for the price was good value. Breakfast was ok and again value for money.

Its in a very good location and it's quite close to city centre and nearby transport routes. The room was nice and the staff that we did interact with were very kind, they called us a taxi after checkout to take us to the train station which was very kind of them. During out stay there was a fire drill which was quite useful as it meant we knew where the fire point was in case of an actual fire although the alarm was weird and it was hard to tell that it was the fire alarm. I have seen a few reviews taking about how the underground was annoying and people weren't aware of it before stay but I found that I didn't mind it and it was very easy to get used to so I think it's all up to personal preference.
