SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodation whether or not a parking space is available.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge Free Hardkey replacement - £50 Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. There were minor issues with the kintchen sink drainage, but they got sorted really quickly. Main bathroom sink tap also was playing up - providing hot water only, and the host agreed it needed replaced. The host had managed all our feedback really promptly and also provided a 10% refund, which was really pleasing and reflective of excellent attitude towards the customer. The SACO Holborn team have also stored all our bags after our checkout for a considerable amount of time - safely and free of any charge - which allowed us to spend another great day in London. Overall good experience. Would recommend and choose again. Thank you!

Quiet area with a few good places to eat. Felt safe when walking in the night. The place was very clean. The place is about 20 min from King Cross & Euston Stations.

the location is great, good access to busses and tube. plenty of cafes and restaurants in the street. the apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff are lovely as always. we had a small problem with the heating, someone came within the hour and all was well.

Fantastic location, nice cosy street. Near 2 main tube stations and walking distance from Euston and St Pancras. Lovely and clean apartment, very warm and has everything you need. Really recommend
