Liked everything about this hotel. Each member of staff I met was polite, friendly and efficient. I loved that the doorman greeted me as my taxi stopped outside and helped with my bags. I was travelling with my small dog so this made arriving so much easier. Receptionist was friendly and I loved my spacious bedroom. The bed linen is gorgeous! I had breakfast in the restaurant next morning and the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. I asked for a corner table if possible as I had my dog with me and he took us to a super table on a galleried area over looking the restaurant. The hotel is just next to Buckingham Palace and Green Park so we had a lovely walk after breakfast. I will always stay at this hotel on future trips to London.

What was not to like, everything was truly amazing. I chose the Rubens because of the location as I was receiving my MBE at Buckingham Palace. Room was so comfortable, clean and amazing beds. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options.
