It was in a good location and had everything necessary for our stay. The room was kept clean. The price was really good for a hotel in London and the staff was really nice and helpful.

The stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room was cozy but just right. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in buffet style with a varied selection—there's definitely something for everyone.

Always super staying at The Royal Eagle....Incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. Have stayed here plenty of times over the years and will continue to do so. Location is fantastic.

Location fabulous, rooms a bit small, bathroom small too. Had a problem with the bed on first night but the staff were amazing and tried to help as best they could.

Great location, comfy beds. TV and phone did not work in room, would've liked to watch local TV and call reception about things. Also it was weird that there is a £5 fee of luggage storage, even if you're a hotel guest. We arrived to the hotel at 9am to store our luggages and ask if the early check-in is possible and the reception personnel asked us why we're here so early and was a bit rude about it. The luggage storage fee is pretty unreasonable.

Position is great if you want to be close to Paddington. Rooms are tiny, clean but old fashioned furniture and if you want to plug anything in they have an extension lead for electrical points.
