Check in was easy. I made a special request for a ground floor room. My request was granted, however it was an internal room with no windows. Front desk 24/7. Luggage storage available. Only a few 100 metres walk from Paddington overground and underground railway stations.

Highly recommended for a few nights. We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this accommodation. It has an exceptional location and has everything you need. It is reasonably priced considering that we are talking of London. Room was clean, decent and comfortable.

Convenient to Paddington Station - only 8 minutes walk. Room was clean but very small. No restaurant or bar but there are plenty nearby.

Clean room & nice location. We could store our luggages for free after our check-out which was really appreciated.

Good location, close to Paddington station, and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Also a rather big Waitrose close. The manager put an effort to find a room without stairs to climb, for my father sake. We got a good room at ground floor. Second visit to this hotel.
