The location was excellent, very clean and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom.

Good location, close to Paddington station, and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Also a rather big Waitrose close. The manager put an effort to find a room without stairs to climb, for my father sake. We got a good room at ground floor. Second visit to this hotel.
