Fresh water with lemon ... as a welcome. Loasir space and dinning area are impressed . Grange - industrial style implemented spectacularly Friendly surplus spaces. Impressive building successfully adapted into a comfortable hostel.

Thank you for Ingrid and Paul who are very friendly and able to sort some issues I had during my stay. The rest of staff is also friendly and helpful, able to explain any inquiries. The hostel is really nice and safe. And short walk to the train stations and there are many buses nearby. A number of fast food nearby too. The bed lines are clean and comfortable. The lounge is really massive and spacious.

I don’t usually take so much time for a review but have stayed in different hostels over the time when traveling and my heart had a crush on this location. First, the building is 100+ years old, well mentained and it has from TV lounge with games to dinning area and relaxation area. Second, the selection of bunk beds is great considering you can get double or twin rooms, 4-6-8 bunk beds and even up to 30+ beds for bigger groups. Third, the staff makes you feel like at home, always care for your personal needs, even making sure to remove anyone causing problems right away. Last but not least, the security , Mr. Leon is a special man and has got a good eye for overseeing the site and ensuring everyone enjoys their time, he is the soul of this site along with the rest of the team from Zain to Armando and Tony only to name a few of them. A true feel like home hostel in my opinion and will deffo recommend it to anyone looking to visit London on a tight budget.

Great place to stay as somewhere to sleep, booked on short notice and was clean and comfortable enough to rest. Obviously expect hostel settings and quality not hotel.

Really spacious premises, with at least 3 lounge areas equiped with various Charging stations, tea & coffee facilities as well as dining area etc. These are also huge and Spacious. There is So much more that i'd been impressed with, but it would Not do justice to such a Wonderful backpacker hostel that has immense potential still to be Completed. That work is ongoing, what i could highlight is when it is Ready, Fully Functioning the Roof Terrance shall be Awesome, sight to Behold; Absolutely. Am sure it Shall prove popular in Summer & that would be the intended target; i suppose. Right that was the Stand Out sort of feature done. As for the other aspects such as Cleanliness and basically Hygiene wise i'd give 10 out of 10, Access to Upper floors is an issue that i'd been assured they are Working (Lift is visible but Not yet Operational) Rooms are sizeable, wash basins in every Dorm etc etc. Most of All i would like to Really mention (Appreciate) the Staff at REST UP LONDON, each one Of them Absolutely Wonderful. From Reception at the Check-in, The Night Security staff as well as Housekeeping were All absolutely brilliant during entire Stay that i had, over 3 visits and Definitely intend to Add to these; on my next visit to London.

My opinion about hostels is that some basic self-catering facilities, notably a kettle, kitchen sink, fridge and similar should always be available

I thank Ingrid and Noah for sorting out my check in issues. They were very friendly and helpful. The place is really nice and massive. Bed is comfortable and linens are clean.

so grateful for the warm rooms, clean sheets, solid breakfast options and STELLAR customer service. the staff who attended to me were all so kind and accommdating. Special shouts to Tony and the Security Manager at the front desk! THANKS SO MUCH. Would highlyy reccommend this hostel
