Easy to check in, bus stop opposite the hotel. Spa facilities available (didn't use). Ground floor accessibility room with shower chair.

Convenient location and parking was good with no height restrictions for a van. The view of the city from our room was amazing.

The staff were really friendly and the bedroom was really big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower exceeded the size you normally get in hotels.

Hotel is clean and quiet. I booked the Emperor suite which was beautiful. Had a river side view. Loved the hot tub also. The restaurant food was ok. Not too pricey.
