Friendly staff at check in, comfy bed, excellent location especially as it was so close to the tube and on the direct line to Heathrow Airport.

Great location, very close to the tube station, clean hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was ok, it has a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge too. Nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel.

Easy check-in and check-out. Room was ground floor, very comfortable, well heated for the cold days, well isolated from noise on the street and other rooms. Bar and restaurant are well run with great and attentive staff. Excellent proximity to Gloucester Rd tube station ( piccadilly and circle line)...about a 3 minute walk. Stayed here 4 times over the years whenever we visit London and it is always a great stay without any dramas
