The breakfast was amazing. My wife usually needs several customisation due to her health problems, and the staff was incredibly helpful with everything. The room and the building were spotless, with attention to every detail. The staff was perfect, and they even offered a free late checkout without us asking for it!

Location was the main reason for picking this hotel and it was great. Short walk from Covent Garden tube. Room was OK but small - a basic standard room for London I would say. Bathroom was very clean, great walk in shower, but again very small. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms were very clean and the people at the front desk were great! We were even offered complementary breakfast for our last day there, due to a small issue with the room. All in all, a great experience.
