Great location to stay when seeing a show in the West End. Twin room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable with a great view of Leicester Square. The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and respectful. The breakfast we had was ok.

I liked that breakfast was included. Would not have booked if breakfast was extra. Staff were very polite, friendly, and efficient. Location was excellent, right in heart of Leicester Square.
