It was an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were all super lovely and friendly. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfy. Stunning views and couldn’t of asked for a better room

Although there was a slight issue with the bed choice, upon arrival the staff - in particular Barsha - were extremely helpful in resolving our issues especially on a very busy O2 concert night. Would highly recommend as the hotel itself is lovely

The receptionist a man can’t remember his name but he was so helpful showing us how to get to Elizabeth line. I was there Sabrina carpenter concert with my daughter and he took so much time going through where to go and just so helpful

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Had an issue with broken glass in the toaster at breakfast time but the staff acted immediately to resolve the problem and replaced the toaster.
