All was excellent the chap at reception was kind and helpful…. Me and my partner recieved the most generous and kind service I haven’t recieved in years. He was an absolute gentleman.. Marurish was his name or close to this …. 5 star service

Exceptionally charming and helpful reception staff. We were given such a warm welcome and so delighted to be offered a free upgrade, breakfast and vouchers for the bar ! Really excellent guest care. Bar staff were very efficient and professional too. Good selection of breakfast buffet items including non diary yoghurt and milks. Brasserie staff were as efficient and friendly as all the others we encountered. A very well run establishment.
