The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel overall is clean and attractive. Our room was small but comfortable: The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and neat, with a good hot shower at decent pressure.

Beautiful spacious hotel lobby and friendly helpful staff. The rooms are kitted with an electric kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge and complimentary water. Bathroom had an amazing shower and plenty of clean towels and washing products. The property is located centrally to almost everywhere and nearest train station is Tottenham Court. Food is also to a good quality, especially the breakfast. Ice and water machines are located on every 2 floors outside the lift. Mattresses are very comfortable with crisp white sheets 😊
