Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was decent, able to walk to Big Ben and the Eye. Easy to hop on public transit from here. Beds were decently comfy.

Everything is so good! Location, staff and the pub! However, the amount of bathrooms is really less!

Staff really friendly, easy check in, great pub downstairs, excellent location nr lambeth north and Waterloo station. Private room with bathroom a little shabby and in need of update, thin matress and hard pillows, very noisy from other guests slamming doors and talking loud alot however for £66 near Waterloo i can't complain too much - wouldn't pay more though.

Good location and the staff were very friendly. Great having the pub below for breakfast and a place to meet friends. Mde a good coffee too. Shower facilities were clean and tidy
