The hotel has a great location 5 minutes walk from Paddington station and 10 minutes walk from Hyde park. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel as usual all the staff were very friendly helpful and polite. The room was spotless-super! The rooms are small but enough for us. The breakfast is continental but they also provide some cooked food like scrambled eggs and hash browns, and fresh fruits which is a big PLUS good enough to not have breakfast out.

This Hotel was really small. On Reception was friendly personal Mohamed and other guy and they helped me to explain the ways to the city and more. The Breakfast was good. My room nr.14 was upgrated and was bigger and nice. Thank you for it.

The room was perfect,clean and everything was functioning perfectly The receptionists very kind and one of them helped me with an issue that i had on his own,he offered himself on helping me,i really appreciated that Thank you very much that you made our staying comfortable and enjoyable

Location: excellent, close to all amenities, namely transport, restaurants, close to centre Room: the beds good breakfast: Food good but very small room

I liked as we come in we were given the room the way we wanted it a clean room and we were given one of the biggest rooms. The man at the front desk was very respectable.

Friendly staff on arrival, comfortable beds, great location close to train station. Warm rooms. Good tv and nice selection of tea/coffee in room replenished each day.
