Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. very easy and reliable communication (phone and booking chat), very friendly staff, exceptional house-keeping (daily cleaning and towel changes, fresh linen every 3 days)

Very good location close to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations. 15min walk to places around South Ken and King's Road. Rooms were cleaned everyday which is a plus for serviced apartments in London. Rooms could have been bigger and more spacious but still larger than most hotel rooms in London. Rooms are a bit dated but does the job if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. One of the window locks were broken when we checked in which let cold air in to the room. We notified the reception and they fixed it fairly quickly. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but I guess that is to be expected. Amenities are not at the same level as you would expect from an hotel but you are getting more space for your buck. All in all I thought it was good value and would stay here again

We stayed with a 1 year old and having the kitchen (with fridge and dishwasher) and a clean room was very important for us. Everything was clean and amenities were complete. What we love the most was how spacious the room was for our toddler to walk around. it’s walkable to the Earl’s court station and the station was very stroller friendly. We were also in London for a formal event and we loved that the iron and board was provided to prepare all that. We had a great stay :)

It is close to Earl's Court Station and you can get everywhere via tube or bus. There is a washer and dryer machine; and a drying rack. The aircon & heater work well. The room is cleaned daily.

The location is wonderful, so close to Earls Court Underground and many cafes, pubs and shops. Good proximity to Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens etc.

The hotel is in an excellent location and its very easy to get into central London via the tube. The staff were lovely and the rooms were a good size.

Excellent location on District Line so easy access into centre of London, few nice wee pubs nearby. Great double bed and wonderful shower Room had almost everything you need (more sockets) and very clean
