It was a great central location, a great base to explore from. The room was small and cozy We got 10% off breakfast at Balance restaurant- delish and a nice touch!

Perfect , only the towels had some stamps but we asked for new ones and they gave us, I really appreciated the 24hs reception and the guys that they’re working there are very friendly . We asked them almost all for advices and they were very polite and kind . The room was very small and we had little space but that was okey because most of the time we were outside . The metro station is next to the hotel . I totally recommend it and if I ever visit London again I would like to stay there .

Very good location, the very center of the city. Clean room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for a one or two night stay. We arrived around 11 am. the room was already ready so they let in earlier.

location was great with only a 5 minute walk from Waterloo tube station. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have a good nights sleep. Check in was fast and easy. The shower in the room was good too.

The room was clean, and while it was a single bed, it was a large single, so plenty of room to sprawl. The bathroom was spartan but fully functional and the shower was lovely!
