Staff was very nice and prestative, since before my arrival they attended my request of a room on lower level and suggested a baby crib so we can be more comfortable , also changed us to a bigger room that become available. They have fridge, microwave, electric kettle, tea, coffee and cookie in the room, which was very helpful to prepare food for the baby. Location is perfect , 5 min walk straight forward to one of the principal stations Padigton. Very nice restaurants close by and cute neighborhood also. Breakfast also very nice, with a lot of options of course is not resort level, you’re also not paying resort price.

The hotel was great overall! The bed was very comfortable, the location was absolutely perfect, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

Good for a one night stay. The hotel is basic offering the minimum which makes it ideal for a night stay and not for longer ones. When booking I would ask for a room on a lower floor. We booked last minute for an overnighter and of course got the last room available which was top floor (5th floor). Here we’re talking the typical London narrow and steep stairs which makes the top floor really uncomfortable. The twin room was really small and the bathroom was one of its kind - in order to sit on the toilet you would have to squeeze between the toilet and the sink so that you could sit down. Breakfast room was incredibly claustrophobic and breakfast itself was good but again, basic. The room was clean which was a comfort amongst everything else but overall, the whole experience, for a night, it was acceptable.

Staffs are really accomodating and kind. They helped us with our luggage as they don't have any elevator. Affordable but quality hotel. Highly recommended.
