It was a great experience for us we get upgraded room, location was on point & near by Underground station and bus station easy to reached, breakfast was so good+ staff was so friendly and humble.

Staff was very nice and prestative, since before my arrival they attended my request of a room on lower level and suggested a baby crib so we can be more comfortable , also changed us to a bigger room that become available. They have fridge, microwave, electric kettle, tea, coffee and cookie in the room, which was very helpful to prepare food for the baby. Location is perfect , 5 min walk straight forward to one of the principal stations Padigton. Very nice restaurants close by and cute neighborhood also. Breakfast also very nice, with a lot of options of course is not resort level, you’re also not paying resort price.
