The staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel's location is excellent, close to transportation links and restaurants. The room was also very quiet, even though it was on the ground floor. Very good value for money. Excellent for travelles without Kids.

It is in a very good location that is relatively close to the center of London for those who don't have a problem with walking. But it is also close to five metro lines and buses. And the breakfast was European style and was satisfactory.

Great location in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. 5 minute walk to a street with multiple shops and a tube station (Bayswater). Easy access to the city centre and the more popular tourist stops. I paid for a single room and was given a double. The room was clean and had the necessary amenities.

I love this place! My 5th stay. Standard very high for the price (for the location).Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Room and communal areas always spotlessly clean.. Check in is earlier and check out later than many hotels. That, together with luggage storage, makes it particularly useful for Paddington ( one tube stop)

The room sizes were decent and the hotel was clean. The location was really close to Hyde Park and had lots of amenities nearby. It was close to a couple of stations too.

The building looks lovely, typical Notting Hill. The area is nice, though not so close to the main attractions. The best feature was the continental breakfast (included). Top notch barista coffee machine, teas, juices, warm croissants, eggs, fruit, etc. For London prices, this hotel is quite a good choice.
