“extremely VFM service in a nice area between bayswater and notting hill”

very convenient location , 2 min from bayswater and queensgate tube stations and bayswater touristic area , but not exposed to the noise of the main bayswater area nice refurbishment, very good contintental breakfast and very friendly personnel providing five star service

I have not stayed at this hotel previously but have stayed in the location and at several hotels in this area and other areas in London as I visit at least twice a year with either family or friends. I had booked a triple room for myself and my 2 granddaughters, the room had a double and a single bed when I enquired if we could have a room with 3 single beds this was sorted very quickly when one became available that afternoon,which I did not expect as I had forgotten to request this on booking. Nice modern decor and very clean in all areas. Exceptional mature staff who very friendly and helpful Breakfast was basic continental but perfectly acceptable and if you wanted a cooked breakfast price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay again hopefully in December.

Value for money, and good transport links to central London. I actually walked to the test match at L:ords which took me less than an hour, and I have a lung condition. my phone registered 6400 steps. room perfectly good, ample tea/coffee and biscuits, etc. Good TV and shower room fine. I would use this hotel again
