Hostel Overview

Pax Lodge is a hostel tucked away in the Belsize Park area of London and 5 minutes walk from its Tube station. Free WiFi access is available. bed linen, towels and a fan are provided.
At Pax Lodge you will find a garden. All rooms are bright, clean and spacious. Other facilities offered at the property include meeting facilities, luggage storage, a shared lounge for guests. We do not have a vending machine, but we do sell soft drinks. . The property offers free parking.
Owned and operated by World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
Within walking distance of the property, guests will find independent cafes, parks and Keats' House. Eclectic Camden is 1.5 miles away.
The hostel is 500 metres from Belsize Park, 700 metres from Hampstead and 900 metres from Finchley Road. London Heathrow Airport is 22 km away.

The fine print
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
All guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Driver’s licence, passport, student ID or similarly recognised national identity cards are accepted.
The cardholder must be an adult member of the travelling party and the physical card which was used to pay for the room must be presented at the time of check in.
All bookings for more than 10 people will be considered a group booking and will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
Pax Lodge has a maximum of 14 nights stay and you may be required to change rooms in order to accommodate. Any booking for a longer period or consecutive bookings totaling more than 14 days will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
Reception is closed between 20:00 and 08:00. However a late check-in can be accommodated if arranged in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Staff very friendly and offered to help at any time during my stay. The area felt safe for a lone female travelling. Amenities close by. Room clean and bed comfortable.

The room we were in was clean and the beddings smell clean! The staff on duty were friendly and helpful. Location is a 10 mins walk to Belsize Park underground, which is convenient.

The location is excellent - close to tube, 30 mins from central London and felt very safe. The room was clean, warm and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.

Fabulous value for money . Frequent buses and quite close to Bellsize Park Tube Station. Hostel feel ..shared toilets / shower but when we visited absolutely spotless. Free tea and coffee in big dining area. Lovely staff Few stops away from Camden via bus so ideal.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely location with two underground stations within walking distance. The room was clean and warm with basic facilities needed for a short stay. Free on site parking. Great value. Good to know that we were helping to support the great work done by the Guiding organisation.

Everything - the staff, facilities, room, bed, etc. I love the fact that it's run by girl guides (girl scouts) who I was once growing up. I'd definitely would like to come back to thus place.

Great location short walk from the tube. Beautiful quite neighborhood. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

This all female accommodation made me feel safe. There is large and clean bathrooms, a library and a kitchen. Love it and it’s definitely my top choice in London!

Nice and clean! Perfect for a few nights. Staff was lovely and helpful. The neighborhood is nice and safe, the underground station is less than 10 min away and in 25-30 min you can get to most of the main touristic places. Bedding, towels and soap is provided, and there is a 24h dining hall with microwaves ,cutterly, which was very useful. They offer to keep your luggage with no extra cost before and after checking in/out :)
