The staff were nice but when we arrived at the property and we were checking in I was asked to step aside while they made our keys which would be 5 minutes, which was fine but then the member of staff started serving others and 15 minutes later we were still waiting. We were a group of 3 and were told we would be having 3 single beds but the room had one double and a sofa pull out which was pretty much on the floor. Which again, was fine for the price we paid but wasn’t the room we were told we were getting. The floor in the bathroom was flooded after one shower and was seeping into the carpet of the main room.

Excellent location for underground and eating out. Reception staff excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. Some breakfast room staff could be a bit more cheerful though. Breakfast lovely, sausages a bit poor though. Room was very clean and comfortable although some of the fittings, drawers etc, have seen better days. All in all a very pleasant stay, thank you!

We were very pleased to find a fridge and a safe. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the window could open for fresh air...which is not always the case.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the station and to Kensington Gardens, lots of cafes and restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful.

Check in was good, room comfortable with coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. And reception stored our luggage whilst we went for a walk after checking out. Absolutely nothing to fault.

The staff were really friendly and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and were eager to help with our stay, they booked our breakfast for the following morning at the time we wanted. It was especially nice that they have a service where they will look after your bags before and after your stay so you can make a day of it. Very impressed!!! Give the staff praise because they are who made the stay so very nice

Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. The location was good, we wanted to be near Paddington station and this was only a short walk. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
